What is this offer?

Once purchased, the subscription will be credited to your Rafflecopter account. You’ll have access to the business subscription features through the end of April 2014.
Following the offer on November 1st, you will be emailed instructions for how you can retrieve your t-shirt. You will be emailed at the address associated w/ your Rafflecopter account.
Why are you doing this? Who is this for?
We offered a similar offer for the blogger subscription last month and we got a fantastic response. We had a lot of questions surrounding if a similar offer would be presented for the business subscription and decided to.
If history tells us anything, we know that running giveaways around holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentine’s Day, and through the start of spring are popular times to run a promotion. This is a good opportunity if you’re planning on running giveaways on the business subscription through the holidays and continue through the spring or if you’d like a chance to use the business subscription at a much lower price than typically offered.
What’s the difference between free & paid subscriptions?
The business subscription level is the highest package we offer. You’ll get access to the refer-a-friend entry option, real-time analytics, email list integration w/ MailChimp, Constant Contact, access to the VIP support chatroom, as well as removed Rafflecopter branding.

What if I’m already signed up for the business subscription?
If you have an active Rafflecopter business subscription, purchasing the 6 month subscription will start the day of your next billing cycle. If you registered for your account on October 15th and purchase a 6 month subscription, your 6 months start on November 15th.
What if I’m already on the blogger subscription?
If you’re already on the blogger subscription, you’ll be upgraded on the business subscription through the end of April 2014. You will then be moved back down to the blogger subscription and will resume your blogger subscription where you left off.
Will you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of this promotion, all purchases are non-refundable. If you’re new to Rafflecopter, we want you to know that we offer an awesome core version of Rafflecopter that is free to sign up and use from start to finish. In fact, a large majority of those running giveaways with Rafflecopter use our free version. Using the free version is a great way to try out the service free of charge if you’re thinking about upgrading to a premium subscription.
What will be shipped to me?

Will you ship outside the US?
Yes! We love our users in the US just as much as we love our users in Australia, the UK, the Philippines, & Brazil. We will ship these t-shirts & stickers worldwide at no extra cost.
Where do I give you my shipping address & t-shirt size?
Shortly after the promotion is over on November 1st, you will receive an email from us which will contain instructions on how to give us your mailing address and t-shirt size.
Can I just buy a t-shirt / stickers?
Unfortunately, no :( As much as we’d love to, we aren’t selling shirts and stickers separately – this is part of a package deal.
Where can I get my invoice / receipt for my purchase?
Following the completion of the sale, we’ll email you an invoice / receipt straight to your inbox that reflects your purchase.
