What is this offer?

From now through Thursday 9/19 @ 11:59pm MST, you can purchase an annual subscription to the Rafflecopter blogger features (normally $7.99/mo) & get shipped a t-shirt / sticker pack for $59.

Once purchased, the annual subscription will be credited to your Rafflecopter account. Within an hour of the offer ending on , you will be emailed instructions for how you can retrieve your t-shirt. You will be emailed at the address associated w/ your Rafflecopter account.

What’s the difference between free & paid subscriptions?

In addition to the free subscription, Rafflecopter offers two paid subscriptions. You can read about the differences between the free, blogger, and business subscriptions on our knowledge base as well as on our pricing page.

What if I’m already signed up for the blogger subscription?

If you have an active Rafflecopter blogger subscription, purchasing an annual subscription will start the day of your next billing cycle. If you registered for your account on September 5th and purchase an annual subscription, your 12 months start on October 5th.

What if I’m already on the business subscription?

If you’re already on the business subscription, you’ll be asked to downgrade / cancel your subscription first. Check out this article in our knowledge base on how to go about doing that.

Will you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of this promotion, all purchases are non-refundable. If you’re new to Rafflecopter, we want you to know that we offer an awesome core version of Rafflecopter that is free to sign up and use from start to finish. In fact, a large majority of those running giveaways with Rafflecopter use our free version. Using the free version is a great way to try out the service free of charge if you’re thinking about upgrading to a premium subscription.

What will be shipped to me?

A box of happy. You will receive an extremely comfortable next-level apparel t-shirt (color blue, size of your choice) and between 4-6 Rafflecopter ‘Sprocket’ stickers. We’ll be shipping these packages within a week of your order via USPS.

Will you ship outside the US?

Yes! We love our users in the US just as much as we love our users in Australia, the UK, the Philippines, & Brazil. We will ship these t-shirts & stickers worldwide at no extra cost.

Where do I give you my shipping address & t-shirt size?

Shortly after the promotion is over, you will receive an email from us which will contain instructions on how to give us your mailing address and t-shirt size.

Can I just buy a t-shirt / stickers?

Sorry! As much as we’d love to, we aren’t selling shirts and stickers separately – this is part of a package deal.

Why did I get an email saying I got one month only? Can I get an invoice?

When you upgrade to the annual subscription, you may get an email that says you’ve purchased one month of the blogger subscription (screenshot here). You can just ignore that. To set up this promotion in our payment processor, we credit your account w/ $96, which will give you credit to use the blogger subscription for a year. Your invoice will show up like this in your account settings, but if you need an invoice / receipt, shoot us an email at support@rafflecopter.com w/ ‘Flash Sale Receipt’ in the subject line.
