Rafflecopter Mini-Tip: Total Number of Entrants

Happy Friday :) Last week, you were shown how to easily edit your Facebook display names in your Rafflecopter widgets. This week, we’ll give you one easy tip regarding moderating your entries and the grid.

Today’s Tip: Find The Total Number Of Entrants

Running a giveaway and you want to find the total number of unique individuals that have entered? Want to find the total entries by entry option? It’s easy! Follow the four easy steps below:

1) Go To ‘Moderate’ Your Entries & Show Your List…

(scroll down on the page; you can click on either the ‘show list’ button or the down arrow on the right side of the grid)

2) … And Group By Entry Option!

(this is one of the many ways you can re-organize the way you see your entrant’s list)

3) Just Make Sure You’ve Accounted For All Of Them!

(view all entries on one page in the grid. more than 5k entries? export as a csv and use excel)

4) …And You’ve Got A List Of Total Number Of Entries!

(the only mandatory entry option was to answer a question “What’s Your Style Profile?” – that means there were 1,250 unique individuals that entered this giveaway)
